Constant Paper Jam

Constant Paper Jam is a comon problem to all laser jet printers, paper jam is ususlly caused by bad feed rollers or bad pick up rollers, in all laser jet printers there are a few rubber rollers and pads that picks up the paper and feed it through the printer for a finish prints but when the rollers or pads gone bad the paper get stuck and caused printer jam. There is a temporary fix when you having a bad paper jam and need to get work done until the service tech comes but this is only when you can't find a paper in the printer but still saying paper jam, Take a blank copy paper wet your hands with water and just shake your hands over the paper making the paper a little damp then send the paper throgh the printer without printing anything on it.
When you have a paper jam and can't see any paper inthe printer path this is because after some time of printers the paper dust is keep building up in your printer and the paper dust is also causing paper jam, this is the reason why heavely use printers need cleaning or printer service every 6 months by. Fail to clean your printers will result in a break or printer repairs.

Small Business Cut cost and Save money

The number one cost that drive small business expence over the roof is their printing and repairs expences. The best way to control printing expences is by calculating your copies base on cost per page. e.g many business owners and also consumers when they are looking to purchase parinters or copiers 75 to 85 percent of the time they search for the cheaper printer or copier.
The most economic way to search for a printer or copier is by calculating the cost per page becasue the printer or copier cost will be a one time cost but your printer supplies like toners etc will be ongoing cost. So always look for ways to run your machine cheaper and not purchasing your machine cheaper.
