Constant Paper Jam

Constant Paper Jam is a comon problem to all laser jet printers, paper jam is ususlly caused by bad feed rollers or bad pick up rollers, in all laser jet printers there are a few rubber rollers and pads that picks up the paper and feed it through the printer for a finish prints but when the rollers or pads gone bad the paper get stuck and caused printer jam. There is a temporary fix when you having a bad paper jam and need to get work done until the service tech comes but this is only when you can't find a paper in the printer but still saying paper jam, Take a blank copy paper wet your hands with water and just shake your hands over the paper making the paper a little damp then send the paper throgh the printer without printing anything on it.
When you have a paper jam and can't see any paper inthe printer path this is because after some time of printers the paper dust is keep building up in your printer and the paper dust is also causing paper jam, this is the reason why heavely use printers need cleaning or printer service every 6 months by. Fail to clean your printers will result in a break or printer repairs.

Also you can buy refill ink from an online store but you have to be careful where you are buying it from becasue they might give you only 30 days warranty on these reink cartridges if 30 days pased you cannot return the cartridges to the online store if it is defective. So it is important to have a direct phone# and at least 3 months warranty.2. Shop at Discount Office Supply Stores: Another way to find cheap ink cartridges is to shop at a discount office supply store. OEM Brand Name Cartridges Vs. Remanufactured/Generic

It is very important to know the diffrence between OEM toner and Generic/Reman toners, first Generic, Remanufactured, Re-ink, Substitutes compatibles, Non OEM they are all the same no diffrence. There are only OEM and the others, Now OEM is make by the Manufacturer like HP, Lexmark, Xerox etc the others are make by individuals or major recharger company.
It's always cheaper to purchase remanufacture toner cartridges the question is who to purchase from, Why this is important becasue if the maker use the same empty toner and re-use it over and over to cut cost after the second time it will start to give problems eg. leaking, light prints streaks on the pages, spots, black half of page and many more problems.
Resolution: Always purchase from a maker who you can call if something goes wrong also find out how the toner being made if there is a problem will there be a refund and what is the warranty period. If you are buying from a manufacturer that give only 30 days warranty don't purchase from them becasue you will never know within 30 days if the toner will give problems.
OEM now if you do decide to stick with OEM toners always spend your money where you can get back something like reward points or cash back or rebate etc. Who ever you decides to purchase from and if you own an HP printer and purchase OEM toner for that printers HP has a Rebate program call the purchasedge where you received FREE HP products direct from HP Just for buying OEM toner - But your vendor have to submit the invoice to HP on behalf of you. Why should business don't use Inkjet Printers.

Inkjet printers are high cost printers meaning that, ink cartridges will cost you about 7 cents per page for black and 12 cents to print color, as a business you should always consider LaserJet printers because Laser toner cartridges will cost you less than a penny per page for black prints and about 7 cents for colors. Also always take a cost review on all your printers because as your printers gets old it sometimes more costly to maintain. Why? Because the manufacturer raise the toner price as the printer gets old. They are forcing you to upgrade also your printer will give you more problems to repair as they gets older.
As a business it always economical to do centralize printing meaning have one high speed low maintenance cost printer at a centralize location and send all your high volume prints to that printer. Keep away from personal desktop inkjet printers if need desktop printers it advisable to have laser desktop. Even as for home use if you or your child do lot of printing you should consider having a black and white laser printer for you home to do all the assignments.
